EVDeal Range Lab

Compare EV range beyond the headline.

Select up to three electric cars. Official manufacturer WLTP figures remain separate from transparent seasonal planning bands—because a forecast should never be presented as a promise.

GB eDrive40 M Sport Saloon technical-table snapshot checked 3 September 2026; not a specification for every earlier i5. Official WLTP band 321-384 miles: this comparison uses the upper bound, not a guaranteed driving range. DC: up to 205 kW; stated minimum 30 minutes from 10% to 80%, at 23 C after preceding driving, subject to conditions. AC is listed as 11/22 kW: confirm equipment for the production week. The current table does not explicitly identify usable battery capacity; usable capacity and single AC value remain unconfirmed. Seasonal figures are formula estimates, not measurements.

How we calculate it

What “real range” means here

The seasonal bands are EVDeal planning estimates derived from the official WLTP figure: summer 82–92%, winter 62–78%. Temperature, speed, heating, wind, tyres, load, battery condition and driving style can move the result outside these bands. They are not road-test claims or guarantees.

Manufacturer specifications can change. Always confirm the exact trim before buying.
